I’ve traveled a lot in our world and I tried a lot of restaurants in South-East Asia, Africa, the Americas both south and north, Middle East and Europe, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to, the food was top-notch and the ambience of the place is warm friendly and welcoming, the owners welcome you and give you a very personal experience, it is not a sit order pay type of restaurant - I highly recommend the break plate, freshly baked, mussels and the lemon tart - thank you very much
No reservation, just walked in, friendly warm welcoming. Fast and informative service with no stress. Short menu, no fancy over priced dishes, well prepared, aim is quality with some small details showing a will to stick out (without experimenting) The starter, mushroom soup was robust, tasty and with a nice touch of truffle oil. I got a extra portion without asking for it (nice service). Main dish, a nice Boeuf Bourguignon, with somewhat to soft mashed potato, making it together with the sauce a bit sloppy. Never the less very tasty. Desert, a chocolate cake with ice cream was on the paper a not so interesting end of a nice dinner. But I was actually, and surprised, impressed by the simplicity of it and balance of the flavours. The house wine, not assessed in detail, although it did good with the strong flavours of the food. The 5 star rating is for the package of the experience - service was good at a dinner not too little and not to much, with a very reasonable price for a enjoyable dinner, 250 DKK. (Wine excluded)
Lovely place in Arhus with a lot of history of a circus Belli family. We were served by Mrs. Belli and enjoyed that a lot. We picked a mushroom soup with truffle oil, beef carpacio and moules-frites. Everything delicious. Worth visiting. Thank you

Found this little gem on our walk around the city. The owner has a circus history and the restaurant is decorated with circus theme. I've ordered the Danish Shooting star, absolutely marvellous and the pomme frites are to die for! . Highly recommended.
